Compatibility with 5G Wi-Fi: This lamp is compatible only with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and does not support 5 GHz. Ensure that both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your mobile device are turned on before attempting to pair the LED lamp. During pairing, double-check that the Wi-Fi password you've entered is correct. If your Wi-Fi is set to 5 GHz, please switch it to 2.4 GHz on your modem before pairing.

Connecting with "Smart Life" or "Tuya" App: 1. Download the "Smart Life" app from the App Store or Google Play, register, and log in. 2. Press and hold the "Change Mode Button" on the lamp for 5-10 seconds until the LED starts flashing. 3. Turn on your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, then click the "add" button on the app to connect the LED lamp. Once connected, you can control the lamp through the app.

Compatibility with Alexa or Google Home: After successfully connecting the lamp with the app, go to the app's main menu, click "me," and follow the steps to link with Alexa. If you cannot link Alexa, go to the Alexa app, click "skills," search for "Smart Life," and enable it. You can then use Alexa to voice-control the lamp.
